Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Sashay Clothing is Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction

Our policy lasts 7 days from Date of Purchase. 


To be eligible for a return you must make contact with us within 7 days from the Date of purchase at the below email address.  All items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells (cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc...), or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached with the return.      


Please note due to sanitary reasons, the following items will not be eligible for return or exchange: swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeau's, earrings and hair accessories (including hair brushes, hats and beanies). There will be no exceptions on these items. 


Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.


All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless choosing Store Credit or Exchange. You will not be charged a restocking fee for Store Credit or Exchanges.


Sale Items are not eligible for return.

Defects or Damaged Items:


All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.  Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately for any defects. 


You must contact us via email within 3 days from the date you received your order.   Make sure to include your order number and images of the defects/damages.


Contacting us regarding defects/damaged items after 3 days of receiving your shipment will incur a restocking fee or the item may be returned to you. 


We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your Order number (ex. #1001) and the name you placed your order under.

Any item not in its original condition, worn, stained, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days from Date of Purchase will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  admin@sashayclothing.com 

Exchanges (if applicable)


We are happy to exchange items. Contact us at admin@sashayclothing.com to arrange.  DO NOT post your item until you have emailed us to arrange the exchange. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation requests will be honored in the first 30 minutes of order being placed and if provided the product or products have not already been assigned a tracking number.

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
